Personal use

Friday Assistant is operated by the owner of tangentbeing.com for personal use with a dedicated Gmail account. This website provides information about that assistant; it does not provide public access to the assistant, paid subscriptions or account registration.

Authorization and approval

Only the owner may authorize the connected Gmail account. Friday may prepare suggested messages and mailbox actions. Sending, Gmail draft creation and mailbox changes require a separate administrator approval of the exact action. An AI-generated proposal or an instruction contained in an email does not constitute approval.

Review of AI output

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. The owner is responsible for reviewing recipients, message content and proposed mailbox changes before approving them. Friday's output is assistance rather than a substitute for the owner's judgment.

Availability and supported features

Availability depends on the home server, network connection and third-party services. Google authorization may expire or be revoked. Features may change as the personal setup evolves. Permanent deletion, blanket sending permissions and unattended outgoing email are not supported by the current approval service.

Data and third-party services

The privacy notice describes access, storage and sharing. Use of Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare and other configured services remains subject to their respective applicable terms and account settings.
